Job Details

• Echo Technician position at Genesis Medical Center, part of Trinity Health in Davenport, Iowa.
• The role involves performing echocardiography procedures.

Job Requirements

• Must have BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• License/Certificate verification must be dated within 30 days of start.
• Fit Test required.
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen completed within 30 days of start date, preferred within 14 days, with MRO signature.
• Trinity Code of Conduct Form must be signed.
• Standard i9 completed by the agency.
• Confidentiality and Security Agreement signed.
• Integrity and Audit Services Form signed prior to start.
• Non Employee Upload Form completed.
• Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing completed within a year.
• Color Vision test required.
• COVID-19 Vaccine proof or declination/exemption required.
• MMR vaccination proof or IgG titer required.
• Hepatitis B vaccination series required; titers not accepted.
• Influenza Vaccine proof or declination/exemption required.
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required.
• Varicella vaccination proof or IgG titer required.
• Physical/Health Statement within last year required.
• Trinity Profile including resume, skills checklist, and references required.
• Conflict Of Interest Disclosure Form signed.
• Criminal Background Check within last 7 years, dated within 30 days of start.
• Education Verification required.
• EPLS report dated within past 30 days required.
• GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within past 30 days required.
• Joint Commission CORE Exam within a year required.
• NSO report dated within 30 days of start required.
• System Access Form completed one week before start.
• Skills Checklist provided by agency for clinical contractors.
• Tdap vaccine or declination accepted if no pediatric interaction.
• Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (Iowa only).
• Iowa Sing Report (Criminal History, Sex Offender, Dependent Adult & Child Abuse Registries) within 30 days prior to start.
• OFAC sanctions check completed within 30 days of start.

Schedule Information

• 4 10-hour shifts, 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Every 4th weekend shift required.
