Job Description

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates to join our Production Team as an Assembler on Afternoon Shift, in our Marion, Ohio manufacturing facility.

These are full-time positions with no temporary agencies involved. As an associate, you will need to be able to work in a fast paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

  • The starting wage is $20.25 per hour + shift premium; with time, ability to progress up to $25.70+ per hour
  • Paid time off (PTO) up to 120 hours in the first year (prorated on start date)
  • Benefits on day one (medical, dental vision)
  • Must have ability to work 2nd shift

  • Continuously stand or walk (up to 12 hours per day)
  • ability to reach (over shoulder), twist/turn, push/pull, bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently
  • Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
  • Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
  • Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products etc.


Minimum Requirements
  • 1-years of consistent work history
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED;
  • Be subject to and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Motivated to work as a team player who takes ownership of their work in a safety-minded environment
  • Must provide a resume


Preferred requirements:
  • 3-months of manufacturing or distribution experience (consecutive)
  • Associates Degree
